本研究主要探討生活自理教育活動課程介入對中大混齡班幼兒生活自理行為之影響。研究者利用自編「幼兒生活自理行為量表」及「生活自理教育活動課程」為研究工具,採立意取樣方式,以臺中市一所公立國小附設幼兒園,兩班4-5足歲之中、大混齡班之幼兒為研究對象,有效樣本數共52人;採準實驗研究法,將兩班幼兒分成實驗組及控制組,實驗組進行8週共1,200分鐘的生活自理教育活動課程介入。教育介入前,兩組幼兒在飲食、衣著、如廁、睡眠、清潔衛生五個面向及總量表均未達到統計上的顯著差異。教育介入後,實驗組幼兒在生活自理行為之衣著、如廁、睡眠、清潔衛生及總量表顯著優於控制組。教育介入後,實驗組幼兒在飲食、衣著、如廁、睡眠、清潔衛生五個面向及總量表之表現,均顯著優於前測,顯示8週的生活自理教育活動課程介入,對於幼兒在學校之生活自理行為表現是有所幫助。本研究依據主要實驗結果發現,針對幼兒園教保服務人員、幼兒家長與未來研究者提出相關建議。
英文摘要
This study investigated the effects of curriculum intervention in self care education activities on young children’s practice of self care in mixed age classes. The researchers used self developed “young children’s self care practice questionnaire” and “The self care education activities curriculum intervention for children” as a research tool. The subjects were young children aged between four and five years old, selected via purposive sampling from two mixed age classes in a public preschool in Taichung City. The quasi experimental method was adopted, and the valid sample comprised of 52 young children. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group performed eight weeks for a total of 1,200 minutes of self care education activities. Before the interventions, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the dimensions of eating, dressing, toileting, sleeping, cleaning hygiene, and overall scale practice. After the education activities curriculum intervention, young children in the experimental group of “self care practice” were significantly better than the control group in dressing, toileting, sleeping, cleaning hygiene, and overall scale. After the education activities curriculum interventions, the experimental group showed a significant improvement in eating, dressing, toileting, sleeping, cleaning hygiene, and the overall score over pretest results. It is helpful for young children to learn self care skills at preschool by curriculum intervention with self care education activities for eight weeks. This study was mainly based on the experimental results and the conclusions found more preschool educators, young children caregivers, and future researchers consider the importance of education intervention and furthermore direct future research on children’s education.
