中文摘要 | 教师与学生是教学活动中最具生命性的个体,教师角色的定位对师生关系的维系和教学秩序的稳定有重要的作用。然而,现实中单一、片面、静态的教师角色常导致师生关系僵硬,影响学生发展。对此,在生命化教育理念的指导下,本文通过厘定生命化教师角色的内涵,对其进行了多维度重构,认为教师应成为学生生命的守护者、学习的引导者以及人生发展的影响者。 |
英文摘要 | Teacher and student are the most dynamic principal parts in the teaching activity. The location of teacher’s role attaches much importance upon the preservation of the relationship between teacher and student ant the stability of the teaching order. However, the realistic teacher’s role, which is single, one-sided and stationary, leads to the stiff relationship and hinders the development of student. Under the instruction of the idea of living education, we can define the meaning of the living teacher’s role. Furthermore, we can reconstruct the teacher’s role variously; in order to make the teacher became the life-guider, knowledge-inducer and life-development-influencer of the student. |
