英文摘要 | Master teacher is at the core of class construction. He/She acts as a bridge in the communication among school, family and society, and directs the cultivation of students’ healthy personality and good-citizen quality. After 10 years’ practice of reform, we have explored and formed mutual-nourishing through theory and practice, individual and team, student management and curriculum instruction, and base schools and related schools to achieve the development of master teachers’ team. |
