On the Consciousness of Teaching Methodology of Contemporary Teachers

教学方法论不同于教学方法，是研究教学方法与教学对象适切性的问题。教学方法论自觉就是有意识地把这种适切意识渗透到日常教育教学生活之中，并在不断的反思、体悟、师生互动过程中得以内化。为提升教师教学方法论自觉，就需要教师的自身认同和自我完整的实现，需要教师学生立场的价值追求，需要学术共同体的滋养共生，更需要教师扎根实践、坚守立场，在不断的开放、生成过程中形成自我的发展。

Teaching methodology is to study the relationship between the teaching methods and teaching objects and its relevance. The consciousness of teaching methodology is to infiltrate the relevance to the daily life education， and internalize in the process of reflection， understanding and teacher-student interaction. In order to enhance teacher's teaching methodology consciousness， we need to not only strengthen the teacher's self-identity and self-integrity， organize the teachers to learn and train teaching methodology， carry out collaborative research， nourish the interaction of teaching and research community， but also cultivate good thinking quality of teachers.
