山西长治地区初中新课程实施与教师培训的调查研究

The Investigation Research on the New Curriculum Implementation and Teachers' Training in Changzhi District, Shanxi Province

通过对长治市初中教师的调查，本研究详细分析讨论了新课程实施与教师培训的现状与问题，包括初中教师对课程改革理念的理解、认同与实施现状；课程改革目标在学生身上的实现程度；教师对新课程实施的困难的评价情况以及教师对专业培训的诉求状况，并在此基础上提出了改善初中教师实施新课程改革现状的参考性建议。

According the survey of the Junior High School in Changzhi District， this research discusses the present conditions and problems of the Performing of the New Curriculum and the Teachers Performing in details， including the understanding， the agreement and the present conditions of the New Curriculum Reform; the realization degrees of the New Curriculum Reform and the teachers' evaluation of the difficulties in performing the New Curriculum Reform and the teachers' demands of the teachers' training. Considering all these， the writer gives some referring suggestions on how to better the performing of the New Curriculum present conditions among the Middle School teachers.
