中文摘要 | 近年來,資訊科技的進步讓網路成為一個溝通媒介和社會環境,同時,線上學習社群也廣泛地被應用在高等教育中,而電腦媒介溝通不但改變互動方式,也改變學習者間的關係,本研究旨在探索科技如何影響線上學習的社會面,聚焦在以文字為基的線上學習社群中互動的類型及影響互動的因素,以國立高雄師範大學的「研究助理系統」為個案,透過內容分析線上論壇的文字訊息來探討學習者互動的型態,並透過訪談來了解影響其互動的因素,研究結果發現互動的類型有三--探究式的、交換式的,及引導式的互動,而影響互動的因素則為個人、訊息、媒介、脈絡及人際因素等。 |
英文摘要 | Information Technology enhances the Internet as a communication media and a social environment. Online learning community has been widespread used in higher education recently. Computer-mediated communication changed not only learners' interactions but also their relations. The purpose of this study was to explore how technology affects the social dimension of online learning. The study focuses on interaction patterns and factors influencing interactions in text-based environment. The setting was a graduate-level learning community at National Kaohsiung Normal University. Content analysis of the online discussion identified 3 typified interaction patterns-inquired, exchanged, and guided interaction; interview transcripts indicated that individual, message, media, contextual, and interpersonal factors all influencing learners' interactions. |
