我們與幸福的距離：比較台灣與丹麥的照顧女性化

The distance between us and happiness: Compare the feminization of care in Taiwan and Denmark

有別於傳統將「金錢」視為福利給付的主要資源，本文試圖以「時間資本」的概念切入，透過北歐與台灣所屬的不同福利體制，比較其家庭政策形塑出女性可自由支配的「時間資本」。本文以丹麥為北歐福利體制國家的代表，其素有「地表最幸福國家」之稱，而本文試著理解台灣與最幸福國家的差距，透過「時間資本」的觀點切入，比較台灣與丹麥女性所擁有的「時間差」。研究發現，台灣與丹麥女性可自由支配的「時間差」每年高達2,244.48小時，本文也試圖反思台灣與丹麥女性擁有鉅大的時間差距，數字背後所代表的家庭政策意涵，試圖為台灣的家庭政策提出可供研議的發展路徑。

Different from the traditional view of “money” as the main resource for welfare payments This article attempts through the concept of “time capital”, through the different welfare systems of Northern Europe and Taiwan, and compare their family policies to shape the “time capital” that women can freely control. This article takes Denmark as the representative of the Nordic countries with welfare system, which is known as the “happiest country on the world, and this article tries to understand the gap between Taiwan and the happiest country, and compares Taiwan and Danish women through the perspective of “time capital” “time difference”。
