中文摘要 | 現今大學生承載的壓力大多來自於生活各面向之適應,壓力一旦沒有經過適當的紓解,就會威脅個體的身心健康。個體具備之復原力能有助適應生活壓力,也較不容易受到負面情緒的影響。桌上遊戲為時下流行休閒活動之一,時至今日發展出了許多種類型的桌上遊戲,並廣泛應用在休閒、教育、及輔導諮商等不同領域。本研究旨在探討大學生桌上遊戲經驗對其復原力與生活適應之影響;採用質性個案研究法,以東部一所國立大學學生共8位為個案,透過觀察與深入訪談蒐集相關資料。研究發現:(一)蛻變遊戲歷程能引導大學生學習將阻力轉化為助力;(二)蛻變遊戲能促使大學生連結與省思自我生活經驗;(三)蛻變遊戲能協助大學生提升復原力與生活適應。 |
英文摘要 | The pressure experienced by most college students’ is a result of undergoing different forms of life adaptations; such pressure will damage the individual’s physical and mental health if it does not get relieved. Resilience will help an individual adapt the pressure in life and avoid from experiencing negative emotions. Tabletop game has become one of popular leisure activities with a variety of choices available nowadays, and it has been widely used in the fields of leisure, education and counseling. This research has used a qualitative case-study approach to explore the influence of college students’ tabletop game experience upon their resilience and life adaptations; observations and in-depth interviews were undertaken with 8 college students for data collection. The research findings are: 1. Transformation game experience can help the students transform impediments into benefits; 2. Transformation game experience can elicit the students to connect and reflect their own life experiences; 3. Trans- formation game experience can assist the students to enhance resilience and life adaptations. |
