中文摘要 | 本研究是依據蔡淑華(2020)「桃園市國民小學校長素養導向領導與教師素養導向教學關係之研究」未探究之部分繼續研究分析,旨在瞭解桃園市國民小學不同背景教師所知覺的校長素養導向領導是否有顯著差異,並進一步針對有顯著差異之項目進行比較分析。研究者採問卷調查法,以桃園市820位小學教師為研究對象,再以SPSS統計軟體進行獨立樣本t檢定與ANOVA單因子變異數分析;研究結果發現:(一)不同學校類型教師所知覺之校長素養導向領導有部分顯著差異;(二)不同學校規模教師所知覺之校長素養導向領導有顯著差異;(三)其他背景變項部分:1.不同性別、教育程度及服務年資之教師所知覺的校長素養導向領導,皆無顯著差異。2.不同年齡與擔任不同職務的教師所知覺之校長素養導向領導皆有部分顯著差異。依據研究結果,提出具體建議供參。 |
英文摘要 | This study is an extended analysis of Shu-Hua Tsai’s study in 2020, “A Study of Relationship on Principals’ Competency Leadership and Teachers’ Competency Teaching of Elementary School in Taoyuan City.” It aims to understand the perceptions of principals’ competency leader- ship from elementary school teachers with various backgrounds, and the researcher further performs comparative analysis toward variables with significant differences. This study used a questionnaire method toward 820 elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City. The data were analyzed with Independent T-test and One-way ANOVA via SPSS. The research results are (1) There was a partially significant difference in the perceptions of principals’ competency leadership within teachers in different types of elementary schools. (2) There was a significant difference in the perceptions of principals’ competency leadership within teachers in different scales of elementary schools. (3) Regarding description variables, there was no significant difference in perceptions of principals’ competency leadership within teachers of different genders, educational levels, and working years. There was a partially significant difference in perceptions of principals’ competency leadership within teachers of different ages and positions. According to the results, this study provides practical suggestions. |
