今日的領導者造就明日的世界。中層領導是新興的概念，就學校場域而言，存在不同層級的領導結構，包括高級領導者、中層領導者，二者各有分工，中層領導與學校專業學習的引導息息相關，值得投入更多的研究。本文將探究學校中層領導發展緣起、學校中層領導的相關理論、定義、影響因素、實踐及相關研究，並提出對於中小學如何落實中層領導，以及政策層面、未來研究，提出具體建議。

Today’s leaders create tomorrow world. Middle leadership is cutting edge and emergent concept. School environment exist leadership structure- senior leadership and middle leadership that have different function. Middle leadership is closely related to the school professional learning and worth further studies. This paper aims to explore the originality, theory, definition, influent factors, practices, and relevant research. Finally, it provides suggestions to school implementation, policy, and further studies.
