中文摘要 | 本研究以臺中市教育政策實施成效調查資料進行資料採礦分析為例,探討地方政府教育政策實施成效之評估。集群分析結果發現,職業、教育與薪資三個分析變項可以區分為高、中與低社經地位,年齡、不同教育階段子女數與婚姻狀況則可以分類為五種家庭類型。評估教育政策實施成效則以施政滿意度為依變項,行政區、參與活動頻率、社經地位與家庭類型為分析變項,採用決策樹分析。分析結果發現,不同背景變項組合的研究對象,對政策實施成效的看法也有所差異。本研究再結合地理資訊系統與互動式視覺化介面,以能夠彈性操作的形式呈現分析結果,有助於瞭解與評估不同背景變項民眾的想法,也有利於地方政府制定與執行教育政策。 |
英文摘要 | This study used Taichung City’s education policy implementation effectiveness survey data for data mining analysis as an example to explore the evaluation of local government education policy implementation effectiveness. The results of cluster analysis revealed that the three analysis variables of occupation, education, and salary can be divided into high, middle, and low socioeconomic status. The age, number of children at different education level, and marital status can be classified into five types of families. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of education policy implementation, decision tree analysis was applied, with government satisfaction as the dependent variable, and administrative district, participation frequency, socioeconomic status, and family type as the analysis variables. The analysis results revealed that research objects with different combinations of background variables had different opinions about the effectiveness of policy implementation. This study further combined with geographic information system and interactive visualization interface to present the analysis results in a flexible manner, which is conducive to understanding and evaluating the ideas of people with different background variables, as well as the development and implementation of education policies by local governments. |
