教育領導研究的國際合作發展趨勢：形成中的國際專業學習社群及其省思

The Trends of International Cooperation in Educational Leadership Study: International Professional Learning Community and Its Reflections

本文以國際成功學校校長計畫、學習領導實踐研究、世界學校領導研究、教學與學習國際調查、亞太領導圓桌論壇，以及學校效能與革新國際會議等項教育領導跨國合作研究、調查、論壇或會議的資料，剖析教育領導研究國際合作發展的緣由與目的、國際研究的特徵，以及臺灣教育領導相關研究未來可以參考的啟示。

Utilizing related literature from several international research projects, investigations, forums, and meetings, this paper analyzed the reasons and purposes, features of studies, and reflections of the trends of international cooperation in educational leadership study. These projects include International Successful School Principals Project: Multi-Perspective Research on School Principals (ISSPP), Leadership for Learning: the Carpe Vitam Project (LfL), World School Leadership Study: Research and Monitoring of School Leaders’ Profession (WSLS), Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS), Asia Leadership Roundtable (ALR), and International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement (ICSEI).
