高級中等學校學生健康促進生活型態與幸福感相關研究：以桃園市為例   免費試閱

A Study of Correlation Between the Health Promotion Lifestyles and Well-Being of Senior High School Students in Taoyuan

本研究旨在探討桃園市高級中等學校學生健康促進生活型態與幸福感之現況與關係。本研究以桃園市高級中等學校學生為研究母群體，採橫斷式調查法，主要施以青少年健康促進量表及青少年幸福感量表蒐集資料，共發出850份問卷，回收821份問卷，有效問卷762份，有效回收率為89.6%。本研究以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析，獲得主要結果如下：一、桃園市高級中等學校學生健康促進生活型態與幸福感為中上程度；二、桃園市高級中等學校學生的健康促進生活型態，在不同性別、年級、學校屬性、父母婚姻狀況及父母親教育程度等背景變項上皆有顯著差異；三、桃園市高級中等學校學生的幸福感，在父母婚姻狀況此一背景變項上有顯著差異；四、桃園市高級中等學校學生健康促進生活型態與幸福感間具有正相關；五、桃園市高級中等學校學生健康促進生活型態對幸福感具預測力，其中以「生命欣賞」、「社會支持」及「壓力處理」對幸福感有顯著的正向影響。根據研究結果，本研究分別針對教育行政單位、學校行政單位及教師提出實務應用相關建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between health promotion lifestyles and well-being among students in senior high schools in Taoyuan. The target population were the senior high school students in Taoyuan. A cross-sectional survey was adopted. A total of 850 questionnaires were issued, and 762 valid questionnaires were returned. The main results of this study were as follows: (1) The health promotion lifestyles and well-being of students in senior high schools in Taoyuan City were medium to high. (2) The background variables such as gender, grade, school attributes, parental marital status, and parental education had significant effects on the health promotion lifestyles of senior high school students in Taoyuan. (3) The background variable of parental marital status had significant effects on well-being of senior high school students in Taoyuan. (4) There was high positive correlation between health promotion lifestyles and wellbeing of senior high school students in Taoyuan. (5) The health promotion lifestyles of senior high school students was the predictive variable of well-being. Based on the findings, the practical suggestions were offered to educational administrators, school administrators, and teachers.
