中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討高級中等學校教師與直屬處室主任關係品質、職場自尊、團體凝聚力與教學效能之關係。研究對象為臺灣地區287所公、私立高級中等學校教師,參酌國內外學者之量表,以自編問卷方式進行現況調查,透過分層隨機抽樣方式抽取50所高級中等學校,發出1,500份問卷,回收有效問卷共1,279份,回收率為85.26%。過程中採用描述性統計、相關、迴歸及階層線性模式等統計方法進行分析。研究結果顯示,高級中等學校教師與直屬處室主任之關係品質、職場自尊、團體凝聚力等變項程度愈高,教師教學效能愈好;教師與直屬處室主任關係品質透過教師職場自尊對教師教學效能產生部分中介之影響;團體凝聚力對教師及直屬處室主任關係品質與教學效能之關係,具有顯著正向干擾效果。本研究建議高級中等學校宜強化教師與處室主任關係品質、教師職場自尊與學校團體凝聚力,以提升教師教學效能。 |
英文摘要 | The study aimed to investigate the relationships among teacher-director relation quality, self-esteem, group cohesion, and teaching effectiveness of senior high school teachers. A questionnaire survey was conducted, and the subjects were targeted at the teachers in 287 senior high schools in Taiwan. The questionnaire was sent to 1,500 teachers. 1,279 teachers from 50 different senior high schools returned the questionnaire, the return rate being 85.26%. Data was completely examined based on the Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis and Hierarchical linear model (HLM). Conclusions that can be obtained and verified from the findings include that, first of all, the relationships among teacher-director relation quality, self-esteem, group cohesion, and teaching effectiveness of senior high school teachers are positively related. Next, self-esteem can have an intermediate effect on teacher-director relation quality and teaching effectiveness. Finally, group cohesion can have a positive moderating effect on teacher-director relation quality and teaching effectiveness. The study suggested that senior high schools should strengthen relation quality, teachers’ workplace self-esteem and school group cohesion between teachers and office directors to enhance teachers’ teaching effectiveness. |
