中文摘要 | 本研究採取文獻分析方式,主要針對中小學校長實施公開授課的做法、挑戰以及前瞻進行探討。校長公開授課的價值包括:展現校長課程與教學領導的專業形象、以身作則帶動教師專業成長、形成校園教學分享合作之共學的學校文化。校長公開授課可能產生的困境包括:尚未單獨訂定周全的校長公開授課實施原則、校長公開授課支持系統尚待建立、校長公開授課運作有實務上的困難、校長工作負擔沉重恐無充裕時間進行公開授課、校長進行公開授課的專業知能有待提升、校長每年實施一次公開授課可能會導致流於形式、校長課程教學分享合作的共學組織文化尚待建立、校長公開授課對於教師專業成長與學生學習效果有待證明。本研究最後針對困境,對教育行政機關、學校兩方面提出前瞻的策略。 |
英文摘要 | This research uses document analysis methods, which mainly focuses on the practice, challenges, and prospects of implementing lesson study in elementary and secondary schools. The value of the principal’s lesson study includes showing the professional image of the principal’s curriculum and instructional leadership, leading teachers’ professional growth by the examples, and forming the school co-learning culture by teaching sharing and cooperation. The predicaments of the principal’s lesson study may include the implementation principle of principal’s lesson study has not been clearly established, the principal’s lesson study support system still waiting to be established, there are practical difficulties for operating the principal’s lesson study, heavy workloads contributed to there is not enough time for principal to execute lesson study, principal’s professional knowledge and skills for lesson study need to be improved, the annual lesson study for principals may lead to in-form result, the organizational culture of principal’s sharing and cooperative curriculum teaching still waiting to be established, and the lesson study of principal has yet to prove the effectiveness of teacher professional growth and student learning. In the end, this research focused on the predicament and proposed prospective strategies to education administrative organs and schools. |
