中文摘要 | 本研究擬透過文獻分析探討經濟合作暨發展組織於2013年公布的「教學與學習國際調查」結果中,有關教師自我效能與工作滿意度,針對日本TALIS 2013的調查結果概要加以探討,並聚焦於三個主要目的:一、瞭解日本教師專業與師資培育政策的動向。二、TALIS 2013中日本教師基本結構與學校環境特徵。三、TALIS 2013中日本教師自我效能及工作滿意度部分所呈現特徵。由研究結果可知,TALIS 2013調查結果所呈現的特徵與國際的比較為:一、日本教師整體上大致滿意目前的工作,但對於任教學校的工作表現有一半的教師覺得不滿意,而參與國平均對此項目的滿意度卻最高。二、日本教師每週的勤務時間,在各調查項目中幾乎都比其他參與國的平均時間來得長。三、在班級規律氣氛與秩序管控上,日本教師都呈現優於參與國平均值的結果,而在顯示師生有良好互動的項目上,也比參與國的平均值明顯高出很多。 |
英文摘要 | This study conducted a literature analysis to investigate the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) 2013 results regarding the self-efficacy and job satisfaction of teachers in Japan. The objectives of this study were to 1. determine the direction of professional and teacher development policies for teachers in Japan; 2. characterize the basic structures and school environments for teachers in Japan according to the TALIS 2013 results; and 3. characterize the self-efficacy and job satisfaction of teachers in Japan according to the 2013 TALIS results. The results of this study reveal the features exhibited in the TALIS 2013 results and in comparison with international trends. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. The number of teachers in Japan who participated in professional development programs was considerably higher than the average value reported in the TALIS 2013 result. 2. Teachers in Japan were overall satisfied with their current job; however, half of the teachers, the highest compared with other participating countries, were unsatisfied with the job performance of the school in which they work. 3. Regarding working hours per week, teachers in Japan spent more hours on every work-related task compared with the average of participating countries, and they also spent longer time working compared with the average of other participating countries. In keeping order in the classroom, teachers in Japan exhibited superior performance compared with the average of participating countries. Regarding interaction with students, teachers in Japan also surpassed the average of participating countries considerably. |
