馬來西亞為臺灣新南向政策的重點國家，該國一向重視高等教育的發展，且持續推出各項高等教育改革措施，例如：推動「2015～2025年馬來西亞高等教育藍圖」、重視高等教育品質保證、實施馬來西亞資格架構、進行高等教育國際化等，以維持高等教育的品質及競爭力。緣此，本文先說明馬來西亞的高等教育發展現況，再說明馬來西亞的高等教育發展重點趨勢，除可回應我國新南向政策，有助於我國持續深耕馬來西亞高等教育市場之外，並可做為我國高等教育發展之參考。

Malaysia is a key country in our country’s new Southward policy. Malaysia has always attached importance to the development of higher education. It continues to launch various higher education reform measures, such as promoting the “Blueprint for Malaysian Higher Education 2015-2025”, attaching importance to quality assurance of higher education, Malaysia’s qualification structure and the internationalization of higher education, etc., in order to maintain the quality and competitiveness of higher education. Therefore, this article first describes the current status of higher education development in Malaysia, and then explains the key trends of higher education development in Malaysia, in addition to responding to our country’s new Southward policy. The policy will help our country continue to deepen the Malaysian higher education market. And this article will provide a reference for the development of higher education in our country.
