中文摘要 | 民主社會中,教育行政人員若能提升學生的組織公民行為,當有助於妥善處理校園問題,使學子主動學習、安心成長。在影響學生組織公民行為的諸多因素中,組織承諾的關鍵角色已被過去諸多重要研究所證實。至於審議信念所扮演的角色,國內則尚少進行探究。因之,本研究以801位高中職學生為樣本,透過問卷調查蒐集資料,以檢視高中職學生的審議信念、組織承諾與組織公民行為三者間之關聯性,並嘗試以組織承諾爲中介變項,意欲建立高中職學生組織公民行為的結構模式。實證研究發現,整體模式中的高中職學生個人化審議信念對組織公民行為有正向影響,且組織承諾扮演部分中介的角色;規範性審議信念對組織公民行為的正向影響效果低於個人化審議信念;整體模式顯示適配度良好。因之,本研究建議,若欲增進學生組織公民行為,當加強學生審議信念,尤其是個人化的審議信念。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to explore the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between deliberative beliefs and organizational citizenship behavior among senior and vocational high school students. A total of 801 valid questionnaires were received. The mediation model obtained an excellent fit to the data. Results demonstrated that the relationships between personal deliberative beliefs and organizational citizenship behavior were significantly and partly mediated by organizational commitment, whereas the relationship between normative deliberative beliefs and organizational citizenship behavior was not. We also found that personal deliberative beliefs had stronger effects on organizational citizenship behavior than normative deliberative beliefs. |
