The Rationale and Practice of Quality School Improvement Project in Hong Kong
本文從近代學校研究及社會變遷背景，帶出學校改進的概念。並以香港中文大學「優質學校改進計劃」（Quality School Improvement Project, QSIP）為例，介紹該計劃所堅持的「整全校本」支援理念，及在協助學校改進流程中推動教師成長的關鍵考慮。經歷廿載，展望未來，本文亦指出同類支援計劃有待發展之處。
This article discusses and conceptualizes rationale for and practice of school improvement with respect to the analysis of school context and social changes. The concepts of “comprehensive school improvement” and “school-based support” are further elaborated through the case of Quality School Improvement Project (QSIP) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The discussion also reflections on the crucial element for facilitating teacher professional development in the process of university-school collaboration and the future development of school-based support.
