Positive Emotion: The Study of Awe

在正向情緒的研究中，敬畏的科學研究議題開始受到關注。敬畏是一種自我超越的情感，並在覺知巨大刺激時的情緒反應。本研究透過文獻評閱的方式，綜述敬畏相關研究概況，並將焦點關注於正向心理學方面的議題。本文首先陳述敬畏的意義與概念，再表明敬畏的原型方法，包含敬畏的中心主題和附加主題，以及敬畏的引發情境，作為敬畏研究的概念化方法，並探討當前敬畏的科學研究，包含三個面向：一、敬畏的體驗；二、敬畏的反應；三、敬畏的功能。最後，藉由敬畏文獻的科學實證研究結果，提出敬畏在情意教育的可行性策略，並對在教育上的涵義提供具體的建議。

In the study of positive emotions, the scientific research of awe has begun to attract attention. Awe is a feeling of self-transcendence and an emotional response in the sensation of the vastness stimulus. This article reviewed the scientific research of awe through literature review and focused on positive psychology issues. First, stated the meaning and concept of awe, and then present the archetypal approach to awe, that two appraisals are central and five appraisals are additional, and three eliciting situations. And to explore the current scientific research of awe, containing three facets: (1) the experiences of awe, (2) the responses of awe, (3) the function of awe. Finally, according to the research findings, practical suggestions for educational policy-making and research were proposed.
