中文摘要 | 在國際追求高等教育品質的趨勢下,台灣大專校院發展國際品質水準實有其必要性。因此,本研究聚焦於高等教育品質議題,探究台灣大專校院的國際品質水準現況。本研究以自編問卷抽樣台灣159間大專校院,共分析65間學校、337份有效問卷。經統計分析,本研究歸納以下結論:一、台灣大專校院國際品質表現尚可;二、國際品質表現各面向均尚可,以教師教學品質、課程品質、研究品質、行政服務品質表現較佳,學生學習品質表現最差;三、學校隸屬、學生人數規模、獲得重大發展計畫補助、獲得國際認證對國際品質表現產生差異影響。最後,根據本研究結論提出相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | In pursuit of the international trend to improving the quality of higher education, it is necessary for the universities and colleges in Taiwan to develop their international quality. Therefore, this study focuses on the international quality performance of the universities and colleges. In this study, 80 schools were surveyed by systematic sampling from 159 schools in Taiwan, and a total of 337 valid surveys from 65 schools were eventually used for data analysis. There are seven important findings as follows: 1. The performace of international quality of the universities and colleges was passable in Taiwan; 2. teachers teaching, curriculum, research, administrative services performed better, and students’ learning was the worst; 3. the performace of international quality of the universities and colleges was affected by school type, student size, grants for major projects, access to international certification. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, some suggestions are offered. |
