教育2030的趨勢與挑戰

The Trend and Challenge of Education 2030

本研究目的主要係據2015年5月19～22日由聯合國教科文組織與韓國政府共同主辦的「世界教育論壇」中所通過的《仁川宣言》內容，提出2030未來教育的趨勢，以及對應未來教育的挑戰。未來教育是一教育機會公平的全民教育，教育為國民的基本人權與國家的公共財，注重性別平權教育，培育優質人才，提供優質教育環境讓每個國民都能獲得讀寫算與生活的基本能力，是政府的責任與義務。而型塑未來教育的政策走向，關注弱勢者教育、融合教育、終身教育等，強調受教者的主體性，提升人力素質，連結在地化與國際化，建構全面教學與學習品質的教育治理與績效責任機制，是我們所要面對未來教育的挑戰。

The purpose of study explores trend and challenge rooted on Incheon Declaration, that held at Inchon through World Education Forum on 19-21 May, 2015.This study points out that future education will emphasize education opportunity equality for all and be a base human right, public property. Meanwhile, future education also emphasizes gender equality, cultivating excellent persons. Therefore government must offer best education environment to get base abilities of reading, writing, mathematics and life for everyone. Furthermore, the future education challenge includes shaping education policy, concerning advantage students, integrated education, lifelong education, subjectivity of students, promoting human quality, connecting localization and internationalization, and constructing education governance and accountability mechanism that promoting the teaching and learning quality.
