中國大陸中小學的共同備課與同儕議課：從中國大陸基礎教育教學研究制度談起

Collaborative Lesson Plan and Peer Lesson Discussion of Schools in Mainland China

中國大陸中小學的共同備課與同儕議課是基礎教育教學研究制度的重要組成，對於教學品質提升和教師專業發展起到重要的作用。本文根據相關文獻和學校實地調查經驗，分析當前中國大陸共同備課的三種主要模式，以及同儕議課的主要類型、方式和流程，從中透視出從傳統範式（課節式集體備－聽－評課）到新型範式（主題式共同備－觀－議課）的轉變，同時分析中國大陸中小學在共同備課和議課開展中所遭遇到一系列的兩難，值得做進一步的探索和研究。

As the main form of teaching and research system of mainland China, collaborative lesson plan and peer lesson-discussion make huge contribution to teaching quality improvement and teacher professional development. Base on the relevant literature and fieldwork of schools, this article presents three popular models of collective lesson plan, main types and procedure of peer lesson-discussion. The paradigm shift from the traditional model (lesson-oriented collective lesson plan-observation-evaluation) to the new model (theme-oriented collaborative lesson plan-observation- discussion) and the dilemmas faced now are revealed in this study too.
