本研究旨在探討我國博碩士論文中利用臺灣高等教育整合資料庫進行研究議題之趨勢與發展樣貌。本研究透過國家圖書館「臺灣博碩士論文知識加值系統」進行檢索，蒐集應用高等教育整合資料庫進行研究的相關博士論文5篇及碩士論文76篇，共計81篇。研究方法採內容分析法，以瞭解臺灣高等教育整合資料庫在我國博碩士論文研究應用上的發展方向。其研究結果發現如下：一、研究年代從2007年才開始出現第一篇的學位論文，以2010年的產量有21篇最多；二、研究對象的取樣以運用2002年大學應屆畢業生的資料有17篇最多；三、研究出處集中在社會與行為科學學門中，以世新大學的13篇最多，在平均被引用次數以國立成功大學的4.75次最多；四、研究議題以學習層面和就業層面各有34篇。依據本研究結果進行綜合分析後，建議相關權責單位儘快尋求配套以釋出較新數據提供研究。

The purpose of this study was to examine research issues for dissertations and theses in Taiwan that use the Taiwan Integrated Postsecondary Education Database. The research scopes were relatively broad. The data for this study included 81 theses and dissertations obtained from the National Electronic Thesis and Dissertations System. To understand the development trends in this research, content analysis was conducted on these texts, which were coded and categorized by time, research participant, source type, and research topic. The main findings of this study are as follows. (a) The first thesis was published in 2007, and the most publications in a year was in 2010 (21 papers). (b) The most research participants was in a 2002 survey of university graduates. (c) The most publications in the social and behavioral sciences were filed by Shih Hsin University (13 papers). The highest citation ratio was 4.75, achieved by National Cheng Kung University. (d) The most research topics were observed in the education (34 volumes) and vocational (34 volumes) fields. In conclusion, our study suggests releasing new data for researchers and investigating more diverse research issues.
