本研究的主要目的為從社會心理學的解釋水平理論來探討及解析習慣領域與美塔學雙理論觀點，本研究以文獻分析法進行有關理論的評析研究，文獻來源主要選自有關解釋水平理論的實證研究資料與專書等文件資訊來進行分析，並用電腦輔助質性分析軟體Nvivo 10進行相關質性文字資料的處理和分析。
本研究的研究發現有三：一、解釋水平理論中的心理距離觀點可以有效解釋習慣領域學說中的三大「實際領域」擴展類型與「腦心流程圖」，以及美塔學主要觀點；二、解釋水平理論的時間距離、社會距離、空間距離等觀點均符應美塔學中「塔」的思維之「同時對立思考」；三、解釋水平理論的實驗研究設計與施測及驗證方式可提供未來進行習慣領域和美塔學雙理論的實證性研究設計之參考。

The purpose of this research is to explore some theoretical aspects of Habitual Domains and Metalogy by using Construal Level Theory (CLT). This research employs literature analysis from many empirical papers and books about CLT. Computer-assisted qualitative data analysis software Nvivo 10 is applied to process and analyze three phases of data.
There are three major findings in this research. Firstly, the point of Psychological Distance of CLT could effectively explain the three types of expansion of Actual Domains and Brain-mind flow chart of Habitual Domains as well as the main concepts of Metalogy. Secondly, the point of Temporal Distance, Social Distance and Space Distance all fit the janusian thinking of Meta-thinking of Metalogy. Thirdly, the experimental designs and assessment procedure of CLT could be recommended for doing some empirical researches of Habitual Domains and Metalogy.
