中文摘要 | 在知識學習之外,教育有沒有其他可能?除了教室、書本,孩子有沒有其他的成長路?走出校園,學生可以學到什麼?優良教師對學生的終生影響很大,教師的態度與想法會直接或間接透過行動傳達給學生,再透過社會性的作用而影響學生的學習動機。因此,本研究以個案方式,透過「參與式觀察」、訪談與檔案資料方式進行資料蒐集,藉由習慣領域能力集合理論,探討傑出社團指導教師的核心能力。研究結果顯示,傑出的社團指導教師必須具備六項特質:一、願景與目標設定能力;二、活動規劃與執行能力;三、領導統御能力;四、說故事的能力;五、愛心、責任心及同理心;六、堅持到底的毅力。教育是多元的,教室圍牆外的教育,不僅會影響學生的價值觀,也能啟動學生的學習動機,獲得更佳的學習成果。 |
英文摘要 | What else can education offer beyond knowledge and learning? In addition to classrooms and books, what other means can kids discover and grow? What will kids learn after leaving the campus? Outstanding teachers have lifelong impacts on students. Because teachers’ attitude and ideas will be conveyed to students directly or indirectly through their actions, thus affect student’s motivation to learn. This case study utilized the competence set theory of Habitual Domains to explore the core competency of outstanding community service instructor. Through participant observation, interview, and data collections, this research study identified that outstanding community advisors may have six traits in common: (1) developing a vision and goals; (2) ability of planning and implementation; (3) leadership skills; (4) storytelling ability; (5) caring, responsibility, and empathy; (6) patience, persistence, and perseverance. Education is versatile. Learning outside the wall of classroom not only affects the student’s values, but also inspires students learning motivation to achieve better learning outcomes. |
