中文摘要 | 新课改实施10余年来,各方论争不一。本文认为新课改实质是教育领域里的一场启蒙运动。自上而下的系统改革,各部门工作的协调决定了启蒙起步的必然困局;激活一线的改革动力是课改的推进策略,也是启蒙勃兴的决定因素;课改进入大规模推广阶段之后,相关配套措施跟进不力,导致启蒙之殇;但师生的课程参与使得课程改革不可逆转,这是启蒙的幸运。启蒙往往只聚焦终极目标,带有整体性、模糊性特点,在问题逐渐呈现之际,本文对于如何深化课改也提出了一些建议。 |
英文摘要 | The new curriculum reform has been hotly debated since its first implementation more than ten years ago. This paper argues that the new curriculum is essentially the Enlightment in the field of education. The reform was from above and involved with complicated coordinating work among various departments, which inevitably made its startup an uneasy one. The reform was pushed forward through the strategy that activated frontline educators' motivation for reform, and this strategy led to the flourish of the Enlightment. When the reform was widely implemented, there were no adequate supporting measures for it, which caused the failure of the Enlightment. However, since many teachers and students have already participated in the newly reformed curricula, the curriculum reform program is irreversible, and in this aspect, the Enlightment is lucky. The Enlightenment only focuses on its ultimate goals , which are general and fuzzy. As reform-related problems gradually appear, this paper provides suggestions on how to deepen the curriculum reform. |
