中文摘要 | 教师流动是各国中小学师资队伍建设和发展的国际趋势,美国中小学教师流动在理论和实践层面都有诸多值得我们参考的元素本文。本文以时间为线索将美国中小学教师流动历程划分为四个阶段:缺乏政策保障的教师无序流动阶段、成本核算基础上的实证研究阶段、政府干预为主导的帮扶与补偿流动阶段、市场主导的教师流动阶段,以期通过四个阶段的划分为我国教师流动提供参考。 |
英文摘要 | The teacher flowing is the international trend of teachers' team construction and development among all kinds of primary and secondary schools and America's flowing has many valuable reference elements in theory and practice for our county. Author divided teachers flowing in American primary and secondary school into four stages through taking the time as a clue: the stage of the scare security policy of teachers' flowing; the empirical research stage on the basis of cost accounting; the stage of compensation and assistance through government orienting; the teachers flowing stage of market leading, which will provide the reference to our country. |
