中文摘要 | 为推动学前教师队伍的本科化进程,英国政府在学前教育领域设立了学前专业教师身份,学前教师须接受EYPS培训,并通过最终考核方能获得该身份。目前,EYPS培训已经成为英国学前教师培训的主导项目,其所培养的学前专业教师在提高学前教育质量的过程中发挥了关键性作用。EYPS培训所强调的为本科层次幼儿教师提供专项培训,注重构建多元,化的培训途径,同时重视本科幼儿教师领导力培养等理念,为完善我国幼儿教师培训提供了新的思路和方法。 |
英文摘要 | To improve the qualifications of preschool teachers, the British Government developed a qualified teacher status for preschool teacher, namely Early Years Professional Status. After that, the Government developed the EYPS training programme for candidates to gain the status. As a critical reform strategy, the EYPS programme contains many successful experiences which provide our country with some reference to improve the training for preschool teacher. |
