中文摘要 | 院校发展政策是院校发展的行动指南和标志性产物,其伦理目标是高等教育改革的初衷和归宿。对改革政策的梳理表明,院校发展政策伦理目标突出表现在公平与福利两个方面。本文基于后果主义的视角,指出院校发展政策目标从行动功利主义到规则功利主义再到规则后果主义的转变,将促进实践层面从院校群体进步到以院校个体可行能力发展的转变;并进一步指出了院校发展政策伦理目标实现的影响因素。 |
英文摘要 | Institutional development from the inevitable development of enlarging the scale to quality connotation construction, it is need through continuous reform done. In the reform process, institutional development policy is the guide to action and the symbolic product of the institutional development, its ethical education reform of higher goal is the original intention of and end-result. Through the reform policy of comb the show that institutional development policy target outstanding performance in ethics justice and welfare two aspects. Based on the perspective of rules of consequences, and points out that the consequences from socialist to rule utilitarian to change the rules of the consequences, will promote the practice level from institutions to individual progress of the development of the ability to realize the feasible, then pointed out that future institutional development policy ethics realizing the goal of the influence factors. |
