英文摘要 | The "single-sex class" education originating from a Canadian educational experiment was to solve the problem that boys did worse than girls in the primary school. But it got two unintended consequences: the learning gap between boys and girls was wider and the boys became much more aggressive. Many countries, including China, have tried or plan to try the "single-sex class" education. It is necessary to take a review of the historical experiment in order to avoid some mistakes. |
