Study on the Personnel Training Model of "Professional Practical Skills Training" Via Sharing Learning Resources Website

为探索共享学习资源网站在高职院校学生知识建构中的作用及有效实施方案，文章以“电子商务专业”实践技能训练为例，提出了“四结合”的学习资源网站构建原则，在此基础上提出专业实践技能训练模式及相应学习网站的设计，以期通过学习资源网站有效提升专业实践技能训练效果，推动高职教育中专业实践技能训练的教学改革。

To explore the effect and effective implementing solution of sharing learning resources website in aspect of knowledge construction, this paper takes "E-Business professional" practical skills training as example, proposes four-combination construction principle. On this base, the paper designs the professional practical skills training model, and the website designing, hoping to promote the training effect, so as to drive the education reform of professional practical skills training in Higher Vocational Education.
