英文摘要 | Solving equity problem based on high quality is the pursuing in contemporary America. To solve this problem, many measures have been taken in America such as implementing and improving the performance accountability,promoting school diversification and competition and strengthening parents ’ school choice right and ability. American experience gave us such enlightenment: the value of educational fairness is universal ; the issue of educational fairness is different in different development stages of one country; educational iaimess is not in conflict with quality and efficiency ; public schools should strengthen its self-improvement ability. |
