英文摘要 | In recent years, Ofsted of UK. has strengthened school self-evaluation in order to enhance the effectiveness of school inspection. Schools are required to form effective self-evaluation mechanisms to provide reliable base to external inspection on the one hand,and more importantly to play the role of sell improvement and enhancing the ability of self development. Wide-participation,closely related to school development planning,as well as integrated in the school daily management process are the major characteristics of school self-evaluation in the U.K. This article discusses the contents and procedures for self-evaluation put forward by the Ofsted. |
