英文摘要 | To realize the objectives of “Social Justice” and “Decent Work”,International Labor Organization formulates and constantly updates the benchmarks for International Vocational Training through the social dialogue among governments,employers and laborers. It takes the human resource development,educational training and lifelong learning policies as major components of the economic and social development strategies as well as the economic and societal aims. ILO hopes that the governments of member nations should encourage their corporations to invest in education and training,make innovation in training methods, and encourage individuals to take the opportunities of education,training and lifelong learning while the governments construct the framework of national qualification and strengthen education and training. |
