英文摘要 | Free education policy for student teachers in normal university has been practiced for three years since 2007,but it is controversial in the implementation. From public policy of point, this policy should be reflected in policy goal, content, and effect and gradually improved in future. For example, improve the science and democracy of decision - making; build a set of matching policies; better education situation, improve teachers’ salaries; develop education policy evaluation, and timely modify this policy |
