中文摘要 | 导学教师是我国远程教育教师中的一个重要角色。作为直接面对学生,为学生提供非学术支持服务的主体力量,导学教师的角色实现程度,决定了其能否为学生提供良好的非学术学习支持服务,也直接影响到学习支持服务系统的良好运行。该研究运用社会学角色理论,从角色期望、角色冲突、角色定位、角色扮演等四个方面对我国远程教育导学教师的角色状况进行相应的实证调查和分析研究,同时探讨了导学教师的队伍发展思路。 |
英文摘要 | The learning-guide teachers are playing the important roles among the teachers of the distance education in China. The learning-guide teachers are directed at the students and they are the principal part of providing students with non-academic support services. The extent of the learning-guide teachers realizing their roles determines whether the school could provide high quality nonacademic support service , and it have direct effects on the operation of support service system. Using the role theory of sociology, the paper studies the role expectation, role conflict, role orientation, role playing of distance education learning-guide teachers corresponding empirical investigation and analysis, and discusses the learning-guide teachers team development. |
