英文摘要 | This study performed literature review to understand the definition, related concepts, and current status of preschool principals’ leadership for learning. Based on the analysis results, recommendations were proposed as follows: (1) The concept of leadership for learning should be promoted by incorporating it into the professional training courses for preschool principals; (2) The meaning of leadership for learning for preschool principles should be developed based on the local context of Taiwan; and (3) More studies on preschool principals’ leadership for learning should be conducted in the future. |
