英文摘要 | The era of artificial intelligence will bring great challenges to education. As the most important member of the education, teachers are also severely challenged. How to adapt to “AI” and effectively teaching is a task that teachers must answer. Combining the characteristics of “AI”, this paper elaborates the influence of “AI” on teachers. In order to help teachers adapt to the requirements of the “AI” era, we discuss the teachers’ professional development paths: Fostering Morality and Cultivating the Students, reshaping the role of teachers, changing teaching methods, innovating evaluation methods, focusing on self-development, cultivating the future teachers of “human-AI co-existence”, strengthening top-level design, improving teacher education system, and teacher training keeping pace with the times. |
