Study on the Path of Perfecting Vocational Education System under New Era —An Analysis Perspective based on Complex System
Innovation drives the new era of economic and social development. As the main force for the training and supply of professional talents， vocational colleges， cannot meet the diversity， diversification and multi-dimensionalization of professional talents due to the many problems in perfecting the modern vocational education system. This paper applies the theory of system science to probe the main problem， such as complex system. First analyzes the basic characteristics of modern vocational education system from the perspective of openness， dynamics， and complexity， and analyzes the overall and synergistic effect of the system from the perspective of entropy flow characteristics between the system and the environment. Second， from the perspective of the relationship between system and environment coupling， it analyzes the environmental impact， status quo and problems of the system construction， and points out that the reason for this system construction is the lack of dynamic linkage between the system and the environment， and the stable coordination of structure and function by clarifying the logical relationship between the various elemental variables in the system construction， and analyzing the complex network gravitational model of the vocational education system; Final， following the practicality of this model， feasibility are proposed in terms of quality， scale， and connection. The operational work measures are to explore the effective ways for the system to establish a sound collaborative governance， with a view to providing useful reference for vocational colleges in the reform and innovation of education and teaching in the process of the modernization of vocational education.
