Study on Comprehensive Assessment System for Practical Teaching Base in Modern Distance Education
Practical teaching base is the permanent place to teach. It is an effective approach to acquiring vocational skills and application ability for modern distance education. Evaluating the effectiveness of practical teaching base benefits the construction， management and future development， which provides the system guarantee for students^ practice. Taking the practical teaching process in the teaching base in J Open University as the research object， this study applied several empirical methods such as Hierarchical Analysis， Interview， and Delphi Method， Firstly， established the evaluation system model， and then optimized the index prototype twice， lastly， calculated the weight of each index through the data of expert feedback which tested by reliability and validity. The result concludes four primary indices ，Vi secondary indices and 43 tertiary indices containing concrete observations and each index weights eventually. We found that establishing practical teaching base in modern distance education should view system guarantee as the prerequisite， take the process of evaluation as important means for regular management， consider the base，s instruction function as well as its social function， and build a win-win mechanism as sustainable development power.
