New Reform of College Entrance Examination： Experience，Dilemmas and Future
Since 2014， the new policy of college entrance examination began to be implemented in Shanghai and Zhejiang. The two experimental spots have led the reform process with clear policy intention， broken the path dependence formed as a result of the basic education coping with the traditional college entrance examination through the deepening of curriculum reform，and respected the innovation of local schools in implementing the new policy. The current dilemmas are mainly the conflict between the new practice called by the changing of college entrance examination and the old mode in the actual operation of the school，the purpose of college entrance examination reform being directed from fostering people to ser- ving students' personal interests，and the confrontation between the design of col^ge entrance examination reform system and the short-term game of project execution. Therefore，the author proposed that senior high schools should build a mode of education to ftt the new policy； the reform of the college entrance examination should change from 4to protect the right to choose' to ‘ead the results of choice'，strengthen the integrated design of ‘ education，examination and enrolment'， and implement the new policy through 4 educational ecosystem reconstruction.
