英文摘要 | Xiao Chengshen is an outstanding educator in China in the 20th century. During his study of the culture of qualified teachers in the wartime period, he revealed the historical characteristics of Chinese traditional culture of qualified teachers and made a clarify of “shidao”, containing Dao of being a teacher from the aspect of teachers; Dao of respecting for teacher from the aspect of country and the society and Dao of following teacher from the aspect of students. " shidao " in Chinese culture endowed teachers’ teaching activities with value , which itself is a kind of power of belief and bound with morality. The differences in “shidao” between China and the West are rooted in the educational culture of both sides, and the construction of Chinese pedagogy must nourish from the traditional Chinese education culture. |
