英文摘要 | Europass is a milestone in European education recognition system. It integrates the related instruments like qualification framework, credit transfer, social mobility, and language skills , into one single framework. It goes beyond the basic function of credit accumulation , recognition , and transformation. It combines with vocational training, and it grows to the labour market. Through the analysis of Europass, the author argues that Europass and China Credit Bank share some similar values. We should explore new functions of "Credit Bank + " and their contributions to the lifelong learning development. |
