Shanghai Program in New College Entrance Examination: Problems and Countermeasures
By Shanghai municipality 2017 autumn college entrance examination enrollment lowest candidates score as evidence， using factor analysis， correlation analysis and cluster analysis， this paper analyses the actual effect of the Shanghai New College Entrance Examination Program (SNCEEP).The main conclusion is that foreign language strongly opposites to other subjects in the formation of College Entrance Examination Enrollment Lowest Candidates Score(CEEELCS)， the discrimination of CEEELCS mainly depends on score difference that the difference between foreign language scores and the higher scores between mathematics scores and Chinese scores， and Chinese and mathematics negatively and strongly contribute to 985 university CEEELCS In the enrollment according to professional groups. It is suggested that the current subjects of SNCEEP be adjusted to include Chinese， mathematics， predominance subjects， foreign language subjects， and two good subjects， with a total score of 660 points (referred to as two ＂2+1＂). Among them， Chinese， mathematics and predominance subjects are national unified examination subjects， subjects out of 150 points (the first ＂2+1＂)， foreign language and two good subjects are the provincial grade ordinary high school proficiency examination subjects， with 11 levels， the highest score of 70 points and the lowest score of 40 points (the second“2+1”). On the basis of it， SNCEEP improves and perfects other policy.
