A Study on the Korean University Students Autonomous Recruitment Policies Based on the Admission Officer System

The admission officer system offers the possibility for changing the status of exam-oriented education and the flourishing private education institutes of Korea and is helpful for enlarging the autonomous right of college entrance recruitment，developing the students’ potential and identifying the versatile talents. With the process becoming popularize，it will not only impact the adjustment of teaching contents and direction in the elementary and middle school education but also change the pattern of the students’ affairs management after the freshmen entering into the colleges. It focuses on strengthening the process monitoring，improving the credibility and insuring the stability and specialization of the admission officers，completely eradicating the interference of human factors and boosting the sustainable development in the future reform of the admission officer system.
