英文摘要 | There appeared some new trends in 2015 Carnegie elective community engagement classification in U.S: application guidelines become more specific and user- oriented, application reports focus on the update changes of the community engagement activity, integration between institutional classification and descriptive classification, classification emphasizes the higher education institutions as a fundamental category,refines and improves the assessment criteria etc. The newtendencies have some impacts on promoting the institutions to fulfill the function of community engagement,improving the assessment results of community engagement of institutions, leading the classification results to diversity and formulating the special promotion policy of community engagement of institutions, etc. These new trends provide us some inspirations including community engagement as the classification dimension, the diversity in the sources of classification data,constructing a pluralism and dynamic classification standard, formulating the special policy of community engagement to promote coordinated development of teaching and learning,research and community engagement and so on. |
