英文摘要 | Finland is a high welfare state with strong competence,a major source of which is allowing people to enjoy lasting happiness education. The most manifestation of happiness education is that every child has an equal, adequate right to participate in education. The Finland government, through constructing a complete range of legal system, establishing some formal organizations and building a‘top- down’approach to improve the opportunities of children’s educational participation with a series of programs,has boosted the consciousness and ideas of the public about children’s educational participation rights, formed independent and transparent evaluation systems with a combination of internal and external evaluation. These strategies have guaranteed children's educational participation rights and the degree of right implementation in Finland. |
