Assessment Study on the Teachers’ International Competence in the View of Internationalization of Basic Education
The international competence of the teachers in primary and secondary schools is one of the essential factors of the internationalization of basic education， which determines the direction and quality of the latter. In the sight of qualitative analysis， consideration must be given to both the international reference and local confidence， as well as to both global competition and corporation as for the definition of teachers’ international competence. In the sight of quantitative analysis based on the above， the assessment of teachers’ international competence has been divided into assessing the knowledge， instrument， ability， emotion accomplishment according to the cognitive law， which would offer the direct reflection of the teachers’ lever， offer the reference for the policy-making and advance the realizing of the values settled in the qualitative analysis.
