中文摘要 | 目的:配合着時代的潮流,商家推出各式各樣的運動機能褲,宣稱着有増強運動表現的功效,卻鮮 見商家說明穿著運動機能褲對於増進運動表現的相關實證資料。基於這樣的理由,因此,本研究的 目的想探討分別穿著一般運動褲、長壓縮褲、大腿壓縮褲和壓力小腿套對於成人男性靜態與動態平 衡能力、敏捷反應和垂直跳高距離的效果。方法:本研究以12名有運動習慣之男性為對象,須分別 穿著一般運動褲、長壓縮褲、大腿壓縮褲、壓力小腿套進行測試。測試内容包含評估靜態平衡、動 態平衡、及運動能力(六角型敏捷測試與垂直跳高度),所得數據資料以單因子變異數分析和事後比較 檢定來分析四種機能運動褲的效果。結果:研究結果顯示在靜態平衡測試,四種運動褲的比較皆無 顯著差異(P > .05 )。在動態平衡測試的結果,在非慣用邊,壓力小腿套顯著較一般運動褲佳,特別 在動態平衡測試的左後方及平衡總分(^ < .05 )。在運動表現部分,在六角型敏捷測試與垂直跳測試 結果,四種運動褲的比較皆無顯著差異(^> .05 )。結論:本研究的結論是發現穿著壓力小腿套可改 善動態平衡能力,建議可穿著壓力小腿套在需要動態平衡的運動項目,如體操或籃球項目。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: With the trend of the times, businesses have introduced a wide range of sports pants. They claimed to enhance the performance of the athletes. But rarely see the relevant sports science evidence is provided. Based on this reason, the purpose of this study was to compare the effects of balance and athletic performance among the general sports pants, long compressive pants, thigh compressive pants, and pressure sleeve of the calf. Methods: Twenty healthy male adults with exercise habits were tested while they wearied the general sports pants, long compressive pants, thigh compressive pants, or pressure sleeve of calf. The test contents included the evaluation of static balance, dynamic balance, and athletic ability (timed hexagonal agility test and vertical jump height). Repeated measurement of one-way ANOVA and post hoc comparison were used to analyze the effect of four different pants. Results: The results of the study showed no significant differences in the static balance test among the four pants (p > .05). In the results of the dynamic balance test, on the non-dominate side, the pressure sleeve of the calf was significantly better than the general sports pants, especially in the left-rear direction and the total score of dynamic balance (p < .05). In the athletic performance, there was no significant difference between the timed hexagonal agility test and the distance of vertical jump test (p > .05). Conclusions: The finding of this study was to wearing a pressure sleeve of the calf could improve the dynamic balance. We suggested that the pressure sleeve of the calf can be used in sports events that require dynamic balance, like gymnastics or basketball. |
